The Hypno-Band System creates a state of mind where you  believe you have had a Gastric Band fitted. You will eat smaller portions of food and feel full. How long does each session last?

Each session in the Hypno-Band treatment lasts for one hour. This also includes a full assessment of your weight issues before your treatment begins.

What does it involve?

The Hypno-Band treatment is a non-invasive, behaviour changing method using positive suggestion, visualisation and cognitive behavioural techniques to help motivate you to change your eating habits and achieve your goals.

Does it hurt?
