As a hypnotherapist with a background in psychology, I have always been fascinated in people and ‘what makes them tick.’ I am concerned about people’s problems in life and in how they can overcome their difficulties to find success. I have spent most of my professional life helping people to achieve success for themselves.

My own interest in hypnotherapy arose many years ago when I found myself struggling with a combination of difficult life events. I remember how amazed I was at the power of hypnotherapy and at how beneficial it was in resolving my own problems. Hypnotherapy transformed my life and I know it can do the same for you.

I was trained personally by one of the UK's leading hypnotherapists Terence Watts at the Essex Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy. I hold the following qualifications:

• Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis with Psychotherapy.
• Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy
  
• Diploma in Hypnoanalysis (advanced)
• Diploma in Psycho-Sexual Disorders
• Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology

I am a registered member of The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy (APHP) and this means I am bound by a Strict Code of Ethics, and am committed to a high level of professionalism. I am also committed to on-going training and supervision, ensuring that my clients receive a safe and thorough therapy.

I am also a member of a two other professional organisations the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and the National Council of Psychotherapists (NCP).Additionally I am a member of the UK regulatory body the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
